Destiny

Hey guys its not the usual preachings and teachings that

we usually witness around us!! its neither any of those mythological stories nor any

religious forecasts..........

Its a story about a Boy , a boy named "Vatsalya", who lived with us in this real world

yet completely different from anyone and everyone.... He was the reality , - the present-, who slowly became a past!

It was one of those severely cold nights when Vasu ( Vatsalya) was returning back home ( from his work ) with his seven friends as usual . In order to catch the train they had to travel approximately 5 km everyday ( these youngsters worked in a farm in mumbai outskirts, near dharavi) . The ambience was composed and calm. It was drizzling , the moon was quiet visible though. The gang proceeded on their trodden tracks , mid way something happened that took the local newspapaers by storm . . . . .

Slowly, the drizzle took the persona of a dreaded tempest. The wind became unbearable and moon soon lost its light and lust. It was a night the 7 would surely not forgive nor forget. . .

Seeing the deceptiveness of Nature , they decided to give their "sojourn" a halt , beneath a huge tree all sat. The night was at its disastrous best and the seven were absolutely helpless. Being educated to their level best, they all logistically concluded that it was the destiny of one of them that wrecked this havoc on them. . . but how to decide who it was. . .

The solution was again a genuine one. They decided that one by one each was to go in the rain facing the thunder and lightening, touch the nearby tree and come back , so was it done ?? or perhaps not ... who knows.....

"the one who was not destined to live, would surely be lost in oblivion , and darkness will doom his life, while the other with a better play of destiny would surely come back", -the basic philosophy.

So the test took its toll.............

One by one everyone went and came back; when the last was left, The Seventh - Vatsalya- the eyebrows were instantly raised to have a last glance of their most coveted culprit.........

No pleas were accepted, no wishes judged, no requests were addresed , the only sound that reverberated was " Move Out Vasu"

And , so Vasu was reluctantly pushed out of their safe domain , in the rains, by the six intellectuals who claimed to have understood the basic laws of Nature And Fate, which forced them to sacrifice a life in name of The Judgement.

Vasu was standing in rain , broken and betrayed , perhaps thats what happens .Soon , the thunderbolt was heard , the lightening fell like a cascading monster with its icy cold hands amidst the "destiny-bound" prejudices .

And,

It fell on the Tree , killing The Six Friends thereby, seeking a refuge........................

Vasu kneeled down and cried . . . . . .

The Story Ended.

The Moral is Upto Us .

Nature Still Has A Multitude Of Facets. . . . . . . . . . .

( This is that same tree which which saw the whole incident and in the end, was itself struk)
